2. Accepting these terms

1. 2.1By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Website.
2. 2.2These Terms apply to every visit, whether you view a single page or browse the whole Website.
3. 2.3Separate written terms will apply if you engage the Studio for interior planning work. Where those terms differ from these, the separate written terms take priority for that work.

3. Permitted use of the Website

1. 3.1You may view, download for caching and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
2. 3.2You may share links to pages of the Website, provided the link is fair and does not suggest any endorsement or association that does not exist.
3. 3.3Any other use requires the Studio's prior written permission.

4. Visitor responsibilities

1. 4.1You must not use the Website in any way that breaks applicable law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful.
2. 4.2You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server it is stored on, or any connected system, or interfere with its normal operation.
3. 4.3You must not introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material, or carry out automated scraping or bulk copying of content.
4. 4.4Anything you send to the Studio by email must be lawful, and you must have the right to share it — including floor plans, drawings and photographs.

5. Ownership of content and design

1. 5.1The Website's text, layout, graphics, logo, icons, code and overall design are owned by or licensed to the Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws.
2. 5.2Photographs and videos shown on the Website are used as visual references for interior planning. They remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, extracted or reused without permission.
3. 5.3Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
4. 5.4The Intro Architecture name and logo may not be used in any way that suggests a connection with, or endorsement by, the Studio without written consent.

6. Information on the Website

1. 6.1Content on the Website is provided for general information about interior planning and space planning. It is not professional advice for any specific property.
2. 6.2Every space is different. You should not rely on general Website content when making building, structural, electrical, plumbing or purchasing decisions; obtain advice specific to your project from suitably qualified professionals.
3. 6.3The Studio aims to keep the Website accurate and current but does not warrant that all content is complete, error-free or up to date at all times.

7. Availability and changes

1. 7.1The Website is provided on an "as available" basis. Access may be suspended, restricted or withdrawn at any time, for example for maintenance.
2. 7.2The Studio may update, change or remove any part of the Website, including these Terms, without notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Links to and from the Website

1. 8.1Where the Website links to resources provided by others, those links are for convenience only. The Studio has no control over their content and accepts no responsibility for them.
2. 8.2You may not frame the Website on another site or link in a way that is misleading or damaging to the Studio's reputation.

10. General

1. 10.1If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
2. 10.2A failure or delay by the Studio in enforcing any provision does not waive the Studio's right to do so later.
3. 10.3These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Studio is established, and the courts of that place will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
